I cannot change a person's feelings, and I know, trying to resolve a situation is pointless if the other side is not willing to express their true feelings of disappointment openly through a support channel. If there is no dialog in trying to 'meet in the middle' as to a conflict, then there will never be a resolution. My only priority is for my client to achieve a favorable home buying experience with very little stress...and that is why I have been doing real estate since 1975..always taking into account all the variables: location, value, financing and client's goals!
